Course Description
Effective team working is a key factor in the workplace. The role of the Team Leader presents many challenges, requiring the skills to motivate and develop a team. This new nationally recognised award focuses specifically on the needs of Team Leaders, giving them the basic knowledge and skills to perform effectively together with a nationally recognised qualification.

Who will benefit from this course? The course gives practising or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development.

Assessment In addition to attending workshops, delegates complete a reflective review of each workshop, demonstrating how they will use the learning in the workplace. This will be assessed by their tutor, internally verified and finally externally verified by the ILM. Placement opportunities will be available
